The 50 TPH Gold Ore Processing Production Line is a complete set of equipment tailored for quartz-hosted gold ore beneficiation, consisting of crushing, grinding, gravity separation, and tailings treatment systems. It integrates primary/secondary crushing, fine grinding, gold separation, and waste recycling to achieve efficient gold recovery (85-90% recovery rate) while meeting environmental standards. The line is designed for remote mining sites with unstable power supply, featuring energy-saving operation and easy maintenance.
Equipment Used
  • Hopper (Volume: 15 m³)
  • Vibrating Feeder GZD1100×4200
  • Secondary Cone Crusher HST160
  • Vibrating Screen 2YD2160 (2-layer)
  • Shaking Table 6S-2A
  • Centrifugal Concentrator SLon-50
  • Tailings Thickener NT-12
  • Belt Conveyors (Model: DTII, various lengths)
  • Diesel Generator (150 kVA, backup power)
  • Dust Suppression System (Spray type)
Flow Description
  1. Ore Feeding: Transport raw gold ore (particle size ≤500mm, moisture ≤12%) to the hopper using 15-ton dump trucks. The hopper’s anti-blocking design ensures continuous feeding without material accumulation.
  1. Primary Crushing: Ore falls into the vibrating feeder GZD1100×4200 by gravity, which uniformly conveys it to the primary jaw crusher PE-600×900. The jaw crusher reduces ore size from ≤500mm to 80-100mm with a processing capacity of 60-80 TPH.
  1. Secondary Crushing: Crushed ore is transferred via belt conveyor to the secondary cone crusher HST160 for fine crushing. The cone crusher (adjustable discharge gap) processes 80-100mm ore into 10-20mm particles, suitable for subsequent grinding.
  1. Screening & Closed-Loop Crushing: The 2-layer vibrating screen 2YD2160 separates the crushed ore into two grades:
  • Oversized material (>20mm): Returned to the cone crusher via belt conveyor for reprocessing, forming a closed-loop crushing system to ensure uniform particle size.
  • Qualified material (10-20mm): Sent to the ball mill feeding bin by belt conveyor.
  1. Fine Grinding: Ore enters the wet ball mill Φ1830×3000 (equipped with high-chrome steel balls) for grinding. The mill operates at 32 RPM, reducing 10-20mm ore into 75μm fine slurry (80% passing 200 mesh). The spiral classifier FG20 works with the ball mill in a closed loop: coarse particles (≥75μm) are returned to the mill for regrinding, while fine slurry is sent to the separation system.
  1. Gold Separation:
  • Gravity Separation: Fine slurry first flows into the shaking table 6S-2A, which separates free gold particles (≥50μm) by density difference, achieving 60-65% gold recovery. The concentrate (gold-rich material) is collected for smelting.
  • Secondary Concentration: Tailings from the shaking table are pumped into the centrifugal concentrator SLon-50 to recover fine gold particles (10-50μm) that the shaking table misses. This step increases the total recovery rate by 20-25%.
  1. Tailings Treatment: After separation, tailings (ore residue with minimal gold content) are sent to the NT-12 thickener for solid-liquid separation. The thickened tailings (moisture ≤40%) are transported to the tailings pond for safe storage, while the recycled water (95% recovery rate) is pumped back to the ball mill and separation system for reuse, saving water resources.
  1. Backup Power Support: The 150 kVA diesel generator automatically starts when grid power fails, ensuring 24/7 continuous operation of the production line (critical for remote mining sites).
Supplement
  • The gold recovery rate can be adjusted by adding a cyanide leaching system or flotation machine for refractory gold ore (e.g., sulfide-bearing gold ore).
  • All equipment is equipped with wear-resistant components (e.g., manganese steel crusher liners, rubber mill liners) to adapt to abrasive quartz gold ore, extending service life by 30% compared to standard components.
  • The line supports customization of capacity (30-100 TPH) and separation processes based on ore properties (e.g., gold grade, particle size distribution) and client requirements.
