Raw gold ore is fed into a jaw crusher (②) and impact crusher (④) via a screw feeder (①), then conveyed by belt conveyors (③/⑤) to form a closed-circuit crushing system. The crushed ore is screened to a qualified particle size (≤20mm) for grinding.
Qualified ore enters a ball mill (⑨/⑪) after being fed by an electromagnetic vibrating feeder (⑥), and is classified by a classifying machine (⑧) and whirlcone (⑩). The qualified slurry (generally -200 mesh accounts for 80%-90%) is pumped to the next stage via a slurry pump (⑫).
The slurry passes through a trash screen (⑬) to remove impurities, then enters a thickener (⑭) to adjust the slurry concentration to the optimal range for leaching (typically 40%-45% solid content).
The thickened slurry flows into a series of leaching tanks (⑰). Sodium cyanide is added via a sodium cyanide magnetic pump (⑲) to dissolve gold, while activated carbon is added countercurrently to adsorb gold-loaded cyanide complexes, forming gold-loaded carbon.
Gold-loaded carbon is separated via security screening (⑳), then washed in a carbon filter washing machine (㉑) before entering the desorption electrolysis system. The electrolytic gold mud is smelted to obtain final gold ingots, while barren carbon is regenerated and reused.
The leached tailings slurry is treated for cyanide destruction and dewatering before safe disposal or recycling.
