An 80-100 TPH (tons per hour) stone crusher plant delivers consistent construction aggregates from materials like limestone, granite, or basalt using a two-stage crushing and multi-size screening process.

Core Equipment: Includes a ZSW850×3000 vibrating feeder, PE500×750 jaw crusher, CS75 cone crusher, and 4YK1548 vibrating screen
Optional Equipment: Dust collectors and sand washing machines are available to reduce emissions and improve aggregate purity.

Configuration: Stationary layout with a return conveyor (B-3) to reprocess oversized materials, delivering graded finished aggregates (0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-20mm, 20-40mm).
Optimized crushing chamber and drive system ensure consistent 80–100 TPH production, even when processing hard rock like granite and basalt.
Key components (jaw plates, cone liners) are made of high manganese steel alloy, extending service life and reducing maintenance frequency.
Precise Product Gradation
Equipped with a PLC control panel for one-key operation and overload protection, ensuring operator safety and minimizing unplanned downtime.
Raw stone (≤500mm) is evenly fed into the jaw crusher via a ZSW850×3000 vibrating feeder, removing small scrap material to protect downstream equipment.
The PE500×750 jaw crusher performs coarse crushing, reducing large stones to 50–100mm with a high crushing ratio and strong wear resistance.
Crushed material is conveyed to the CS75 cone crusher for medium/fine crushing, further reducing particle size to 0–40mm based on product requirements.
The crushed material is sent to a 4YK1548 vibrating screen, which separates it into 0–5mm, 5–10mm, 10–20mm, and 20–40mm graded aggregates.
Qualified products are conveyed to stockpiles via belt conveyors, while oversize material is recycled back to the cone crusher for reprocessing.
