Vibrating Feeding (A-1)

Raw stone (≤500mm) is evenly fed into the jaw crusher via a ZSW850×3000 vibrating feeder, removing small scrap material to protect downstream equipment.

Primary Crushing (A-2)

The PE500×750 jaw crusher performs coarse crushing, reducing large stones to 50–100mm with a high crushing ratio and strong wear resistance.

Secondary Crushing (A-3)

Crushed material is conveyed to the CS75 cone crusher for medium/fine crushing, further reducing particle size to 0–40mm based on product requirements.

Screening & Classification (A-4)

The crushed material is sent to a 4YK1548 vibrating screen, which separates it into 0–5mm, 5–10mm, 10–20mm, and 20–40mm graded aggregates.

Conveying & Stockpiling

Qualified products are conveyed to stockpiles via belt conveyors, while oversize material is recycled back to the cone crusher for reprocessing.
