Vibrating Feeding (A-1)

Raw stones (≤750mm) are evenly fed into the jaw crusher via a ZSW1100×4200 vibrating feeder, which pre-screens and removes small scrap material to protect downstream equipment.

Primary Crushing (A-2)

The PE750×1060 jaw crusher performs coarse crushing, reducing large stones to 80–200mm with a high crushing ratio and strong wear resistance.

Secondary Crushing (A-3)

Crushed materials are conveyed to the CS220 (or HPC 300) cone crusher for medium/fine crushing, further reducing particle size to 0–40mm based on project requirements.

Screening & Classification (A-4)

The crushed material is sent to a 4YK2470 vibrating screen, which separates it into four standard grades: 0–5mm, 5–10mm, 10–20mm, and 20–40mm.

Conveying & Stockpiling

Qualified aggregates are conveyed to stockpiles via belt conveyors, while oversize material is recycled back to the cone crusher for reprocessing.

This plant is suitable for processing various stones including limestone, granite, basalt, river stone, marble, quartz, and construction waste. Sentai Machinery’s crushing equipment can be adjusted according to the hardness and size of raw materials to ensure optimal performance.
Choose the Wet Process if you have access to water and need to produce extremely clean, mud-free M-sand. Choose the Dry Process if water is scarce or expensive; it uses a powder separator and dust collector to maintain environmental standards.
This depends entirely on your rock. For hard or abrasive stones (granite, basalt, river pebble), a Cone Crusher is essential to minimize wear costs. For soft stones (limestone, gypsum), an Impact Crusher is better as it is cheaper to buy and produces a better shape.
The high-wear parts like the throw head and guard plates typically last 200–500 hours. If you are crushing highly abrasive silica sand, these intervals may be shorter.
