The processing methods for gold ore are gravity separation, flotation, and magnetic separation. Gold mining equipment mainly includes jaw crusher, ball mill, gold shaking table, spiral concentrator, centrifugal gold concentrator, dryer and so on.

Adopts optimized multi-stage gravity separation circuit design and professional high-efficiency gravity separation equipment, with gold recovery rate up to 92%-98% for placer gold and free gold ore with coarse and medium gold particles.
Configurable for various gold ore types such as placer gold, quartz vein type free gold ore, and associated gold ore with coarse-grained gold, suitable for both hard rock gold mining and placer gold mining operations.
No need for a large number of flotation reagents, low power consumption of gravity separation equipment, and reasonable equipment matching to reduce the comprehensive processing cost per ton of ore.
The whole process has no reagent pollution, low noise and little water consumption (circulating water utilization), in line with international environmental protection mining standards and requirements.
Advanced intelligent control system and wear-resistant high-quality components ensure long-term stable operation of the production line, with low equipment failure rate and simple daily maintenance and operation.
Configurable according to ore properties, gold particle size, production capacity (5-500 tph) and on-site conditions, support the combination of gravity separation and other processes for mixed gold ore processing.
Raw gold ore (or placer gold raw material) is fed into the jaw crusher for coarse crushing, reducing the ore size to below 50mm to meet the requirements of subsequent processing procedures.
The coarsely crushed ore is further finely crushed by a cone crusher and screened by a vibrating screen to ensure the feed size meets the grinding process standard (generally below 20mm). Placer gold raw material can skip this step according to actual particle size.
The qualified ore is sent to a ball mill for fine grinding, and combined with a spiral classifier or hydrocyclone for accurate classification. The pulp with qualified fineness (matching gold particle size, generally -100 mesh accounting for 70%-85%) is sent to the gravity separation process.
The qualified pulp is fed into professional gravity separation equipment in turn. Gold minerals with high density are separated and enriched from gangue minerals by the action of gravity, centrifugal force and water flow, and the primary gold concentrate is obtained after multi-stage gravity separation purification.
The primary gold concentrate obtained from gravity separation is processed by a thickener and filter press for dewatering treatment, and finally dried by a dryer to obtain the finished gold concentrate product with high purity.
