Crushing & Screening

Raw iron ore is fed into a jaw crusher via a vibrating feeder for coarse crushing, then further finely crushed by a cone crusher. The crushed ore is screened by a circular vibrating screen to a qualified particle size (≤20mm) for grinding.

Grinding & Classification

Qualified ore enters a ball mill for fine grinding, producing slurry with optimal fineness (typically -200 mesh accounts for 60%-75%) to liberate iron minerals from gangue. The slurry is then classified by a screw sand washer to control particle size distribution.

Multi-Stage Magnetic Separation

The qualified slurry is fed into a series of magnetic separators. Under the action of a strong magnetic field, iron minerals with high magnetic susceptibility are separated from gangue minerals, achieving step-by-step enrichment of iron concentrate.

Dewatering & Concentration

The iron concentrate slurry is dewatered by a vacuum filter to reduce moisture content, producing high-grade iron concentrate.

Tailings Recovery & Disposal

Tailings slurry is processed by a tailings recovery machine to recover residual iron minerals, then pumped to a tailings pond for safe disposal or further utilization.

It can process various gold ores with recoverable gravity gold, including placer gold, quartz vein type free gold ore, altered rock type gold ore with coarse-grained gold, and associated gold ore with free gold particles in copper, lead and zinc ores. It is especially suitable for ore with gold particle size greater than 0.01mm.
The production capacity can be fully customized according to customer's actual mining and processing requirements, ranging from 5 tph for small-scale placer gold mining to 500 tph for large-scale hard rock gold ore dressing plants.
For placer gold ore, the gold recovery rate can reach 95%-98%; for hard rock free gold ore with coarse and medium gold particles, the recovery rate is 92%-96%; for ore with fine-grained gold, the recovery rate can be further improved by combining gravity separation with other mineral processing processes.
Yes, it can be flexibly combined with flotation, magnetic separation and other processes. For gold ore with both free gold and encapsulated gold, the gravity separation process is used to recover free gold first, and then the tailings are sent to flotation process to recover encapsulated gold, realizing full utilization of gold resources.
