Adopts optimized flotation circuit design and high-efficiency flotation machines, with gold recovery rate up to 90%-95% for most types of gold ore.
Configurable according to ore properties, production capacity (5-500 tph), and site conditions, suitable for various gold ore types such as oxide gold ore and sulfide gold ore.

1.Raw gold ore is fed into the jaw crusher for coarse crushing, reducing the ore size to below 50mm for subsequent processing.
The coarsely crushed ore is further processed by a cone crusher and screened to ensure the feed size meets the requirements of the grinding process (generally below 20mm).
3.The qualified ore is sent to a ball mill for grinding, combined with a spiral classifier or hydrocyclone for classification. The pulp with qualified fineness (generally -200 mesh accounting for 60%-80%) is sent to the flotation process.
The qualified pulp is mixed with flotation reagents (collector, frother, regulator) and fed into flotation machines. Gold minerals adhere to air bubbles and form froth, which is scraped out as gold concentrate.
5.The gold concentrate is processed by a thickener and filter press for dewatering, and finally dried to obtain the finished gold concentrate product.
