Raw stones (≤500mm) are evenly fed into the jaw crusher via a ZSW850×3000 vibrating feeder, ensuring stable feeding and protecting downstream equipment.
The PE500×750 jaw crusher performs coarse crushing, reducing large stones to 50–100mm with a high crushing ratio and strong wear resistance.
Crushed materials are conveyed to the CS75 cone crusher for medium crushing, further reducing particle size to 0–30mm.
The crushed material is sent to a 3YK1548 vibrating screen, which separates it into 0–5mm and 5–10mm aggregates, while oversize material is returned to the cone crusher for reprocessing.
Qualified 5–30mm materials are fed into the VSI7611 VSI sand making machine, which uses high-speed impact to produce high-quality manufactured sand.
The sand-making product is sent to a 3YK1860 vibrating screen, separating it into 5–10mm aggregates and 0–10mm sand.

Wastewater from the sand washing machine is processed by the HX500 fine sand recycling machine, recovering fine sand particles and reducing material loss.
Finished products (0–5mm washed sand, 5–10mm aggregates) are conveyed to stockpiles via belt conveyors, completing the entire sand making process.
