A 50-100 TPH (tons per hour) sand-making plant produces artificial sand from materials like limestone, granite, or river pebbles using a three-stage crushing process (jaw, impact/cone, and VSI crushers). It typically includes a vibrating feeder, primary/secondary crushers, screeners, conveyers, and optional washing units for high-quality, cubic-shaped construction aggregate.

The vibrating feeder feeds the material evenly, and the preliminary screening removes soil and impurities.
Primary crushing by jaw crusher, crushing large stones to below 150mm.
Secondary crushing by impact crusher, outputting stone sizes below 40mm.
Multi-layer vibrating screen classifies materials by spec; unqualified materials return to crushing.
Different specifications of finished products are moved through the conveyor into respective silos.
